Fee policy.

Counselling sessions are paid at the end of each session by e-transfer, excluding the first session which is paid in advance. For more information on payment policies, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions page.

Kith Counselling has a 24 hour cancellation policy. No-shows and booked appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are billed at the full rate.

All social skills groups are paid for in full at the start of the quarter. Missed sessions cannot be refunded as the group relies on the attendance of all its members. Bi-quarterly fee schedules are possible upon request, at the discretion of the group facilitator. Please contact us if you have any questions.
