Counselling sessions are paid at the end of each session by e-transfer, excluding the first session which is paid in advance. For more information on payment policies, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions page.

Kith Counselling has a 24 hour cancellation policy. No-shows and booked appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are billed at the full rate.​
