Courtney is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). She specializes in trauma, working with first responders and other trauma-exposed professionals, as well as individuals wanting to work through acute and/or historic trauma from past events like car accidents, loss of a loved one, or abuse and family of origin challenges.

Working from an integrative framework, Courtney's approach blends tried and true modalities with modern approaches and expressive therapies. Commonly drawn on modalities include:

• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

• Internal Family Systems (IFS)

• Psychodynamic and Family Systems Therapy

• Expressive Therapies

In addition to counselling services, Courtney also offers clinical consultation for therapists.

When she is not meeting with clients, Courtney can be found walking her dog, doing yoga, or knitting.
